Berkeley worked for five years in the music industry working with record labels, promoters and management companies, before training as a lawyer. He currently represents a wide variety of recording artists, songwriters, producers and managers as well as independent labels, various digital businesses and advertising agencies.  He specialises in advising emerging artists on their early careers although his client base includes not only emerging artists but also long-established household names. Berkeley is also an active musician, playing gigs around the country (when his three month old daughter permits).
