Charlie Gavins Partner, Lets Go Holdings

Charlie Gavins left school to join the Three Six Zero group as an artist manager.  In 2009 he moved to Los Angeles in order to set up Three Six Zero’s North American office, with the aim of broadening clients opportunities and growing the business as a whole – representing the roster within the US, of Deadmau5, Calvin Harris amongst others. More recently he signed Nero and Feed Me to the company, the first of which achieved ‘highest new entry’ in the UK. charts at the start of 2011. Aware that management has fast evolved from a B2B operation, to a B2C – with the internet providing a creative platform with with to launch artists – backed up by physical networks – he has since partnered up with Callum Negus-Fancey, to build a new music company as part of Lets Go Holdings. Moving forward he will also be working with Callum to grow all parts of the business, which include live events and brand advocacy.
