Kim Taylor Bennett’s career could have peaked when Green Day plucked her teenage self onstage to play guitar with them. But music had her hooked and with writing a long held childhood dream, music journalism beckoned.  She has contributed to publications including The Fader, Nylon, The Observer, GQ, Vice, Interview and Kerrang!  She has also appeared on shows on the BBC, MTV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and as The Brit Awards’ official online presenter.  Kim is currently a staff writer at Time Out magazine, as well the host of From The Red Carpet, a fortnightly entertainment show that brings the buzz of film premieres to the movie theatre.  Kim has interviewed everyone from Rihanna to Russell Brand, Leonardo DiCaprio to Courtney Love, Spike Jonze to MIA, Bjork to Michel Gondry, The Killers to the Kings of Leon, Tom Cruise to Take That.
