Kwame Kwaten is an artist manager and music industry consultant at ATC Management where he looks after Brit Award nominee Rumer, Master Shortie and Kerry Leatham among others. Before turning to management Kwame was a member of acid jazz band D Influence and part of the platinum selling D Influence Productions team formed by the band members. He is the founder of the Urban Music Seminar started in 1998 as a way for established artists and entrepreneurs to share their knowledge about the music industry with younger generations. Its latest incarnation The Ultimate Music Seminar took place in November 2010. Kwame is also a lecturer at the University of Westminster where he uses his years of experience in the music industry to teach students willing to follow the same career path
