Paul qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994 and very quickly moved into music publishing at Windswept Music (London) Ltd as financial controller. During his eleven years at Windswept, Paul rose from financial controller to ultimately co-managing the business and was involved in the growth of the company from a newly created independent to an established player in the industry.  In June of 2005 Paul left Windswept to set up P & P Songs Ltd with his business partner Peter McCamley, after less than six years the company is thriving and representing many successful writers with chart hits from acts ranging from The Saturdays to Pixie Lott to Pussycat Dolls.
