Richard worked in the legal team of a major label whilst on his placement year at university, before joining Clintons in 2003, where he trained and qualified, and has been working as a solicitor specialising in music, and related digital and media industries ever since. He advises a diverse range of artists, across all genres and at all levels. Richard’s speciality and personal taste, leans towards dance and electronic music – he advises a host of cutting edge artists, producers, labels and service providers within this sector, as well as Radio 1 DJs Annie Mac and Toddla T. Richard is also a trustee and director of the charity “The Choir with No Name”, London’s first homeless choir. The choir are often featured in the press and on TV and even supported Coldplay in a series of fundraising gigs over Christmas 2010.
