Simon has worked for the Top 5 Investment banks in the world, providing management and strategic business architecture services for some of biggest banking programs globally. He has also sat on committees for financial change control, governance and strategic change.  In 2009/2010 Simon mentored two aspiring dancers to create the hit dance competition London’s Best Dance Crew 2010 and saw a gap in the market in providing sensible financial and management support for youth within the entertainment industry. The outcome led him to setup SimonVandi.com with the aim to bring Investors, Management and Financial Expertise to the distinctive declining music industry whilst upholding his ethos of ‘Youth Supporting Youth’ through Corporate Social Responsibility.
