With extensive practical experience in media and technology, he works on a wide range of commercial and media matters and IT projects and regularly deals with copyright, trademarks, digital rights management, data protection and information security. His clients include digital content retailers and aggregators, music and entertainment companies, IT companies, advertising agencies, artists, managers, producers and film-makers. Tom spent 15 years as a music producer/engineer, amassing a large discography, before joining Bird & Bird in 2002 and becoming a partner at Clintons in 2008. He was born and raised in the US and is dual-qualified as both a UK solicitor and a New York attorney.
