Victor has over 20 years experience as an accomplished musician, songwriter and record producer, winning Mobo and American Soul Train awards for his international work in soul, R&B and hip hop. As well as being a founder member of seminal acts Hil St Soul and Blak Twang, Victor has worked with other prominent artists such as Whitney Houston, Roots Manuva and Brenda Russell. Victor is also based at Arts Council England as a Music Relationship Manager and has worked to develop contemporary music sectors such as Urban and African music over the past 5 years.
