Wil Padley is an award winning digital creative with 12 years experience.  He is also a professional musician with the London based indie band, The Domino State.  In the absence of full-time management, his band needed a better way to self-manage, promote and sell.  Drawing from his experience on the road and in the cloud, he founded BandCentral in 2009, a professional grade web application with a fast growing global user base of independent artists and managers.
